This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Ray Connect mobile application (the “App”), our website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you create an account.

Live classes may be recorded where indicated. If a session is recorded, participants will be informed before or during the session. Recordings may be stored and shared as described in this policy.

You have the right to delete your Ray Connect account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion: send your account deletion request to support@rayconnects.com using the email address linked to your account. Include “Delete my account” in the subject line so we can process your request promptly.

What happens after deletion: once your request is verified, your account, profile, and associated personal data will be permanently deleted. This may take up to 30 days from the date of your confirmed request. You will no longer be able to access your account, and this action cannot be undone.

What we retain: certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as billing records, fraud prevention, security, and tax or audit compliance. Any retained information is kept only for as long as required for those purposes.
